One Year Out

A participant who was one of the first to sign up to ADJUST has celebrated his one year anniversary since being released from prison. This landmark occasion provides recognition of what the right support can do at a time when you’re ready and motivated to change, and have the determination to stick at it.

Steve had multiple convictions and had previously served five custodial sentences before signing up to the ADJUST Programme. He welcomed the support of ADJUST and appreciated the benefits associated with participation in the programme. He went to college to progress his education and has now gained full-time employment as an engineer with an Oil Company. He has recently got married and has two young children, providing a happy and stable lifestyle, and demonstrating that you can leave your past behind and break the cycle.
