Playlist Obscura Turns 1

Happy Birthday to Brutha Vooda

Doesn’t time fly when you’re creating ground-breaking innovative community radio?

It seems like only yesterday that Aron, AKA Brutha Voodoo, brought Playlist Obscura to the shmuFM schedule, promising previously unhead musical wonders. Now, this coming week, the show celebrates it’s 1 year anniversary on the schedule, and the eccentric presenter is celebrating the fact by introducing a slew of brand new features to entertain and delight.

New to the show will be "The Namecheck" where Aron plays a song named after a musical act, and then a track by the act the song was named after and "Other Aberdeens Are Available" playing a song by a band from an Aberdeen outside of Scotland. So, join him on Tuesday night from 8-10pm to celebrate a new era of the show, and explore the obscure.

Tune in to shmu 99.8FM on Tuesday the 17th of February at 8pm to celebrate Brutha Voodoo Playlist Obscura's first birthday.
