The Sports Show makes a timely return to shmuFM - with new presenter, Simon Kermack at the helm - two days ahead of Aberdeen FC's cup final showdown with Inverness Caley Thistle at Celtic Park.

Middlefield Matters returns to schedule

shmuFM's Middlefield community show, Middlefield Matters, makes a welcome return to a regular Thursday slot beginning on 13th March. The show, hosted by Middlefield residents - Gail, Kayleigh and Kelly, will now broadcast from 1-2pm every Thursday afternoon.

Trainees look behind the bars

On Monday 3^rd March our Positive Transitions trainees and staff had a fantastic opportunity to visit the new HMP Grampian in Peterhead before any prisoners arrived. The group were hosted by Cliff Hughes and Richard Skinner, the SPS staff who are earmarked to be running the media training centre within the Prison.

Adjust update March 2014

As the opening of HMP Grampian draws closer, ADJUST are working behind the scenes to promote their joined up approach to reducing reoffending. Our staff have recently had very productive talks with our SPS partners in HMP YOI Grampian to plan how best we can work together when the new Prison opens in March.
