We are looking for 4 exceptional individuals to support our transformative programmes across North-East Scotland.

If you are an outstanding communicator with high levels of interpersonal skills who can work cooperatively within a team, whilst also having a proactive and self-motivated approach to the delivery of your role, we would love to hear from you.

We are recruiting an Adult Engagement Manager (maternity cover) to work alongside the Chief Executive to manage, develop, and enhance services for adults facing challenges, with a key focus on mental health & wellbeing, trauma, and disadvantage. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate individual to join our team, initially for a fixed-term of 12 months as maternity cover, with the potential for a permanent post following the one-year period. 

We are also recruiting a Film & Screen Educator to support the development, delivery and assessment of our accredited screen education and practical filmmaking programmes. The postholder will deliver engaging, interactive and productive activities, supporting participants to use film as a creative outlet and as a tool for personal and/or collective expression. 

We are looking for a Radio & Podcasting Tutor to support the development and delivery of a range of formal and informal learning opportunities and training courses in radio & podcasting and audio content creation across the organisation. Through a passion for audio and sound the postholder will inspire learners to explore the world of radio and podcasting, develop their creativity, and reach their full potential. 

In order to fully support all of our programmes across shmu, we are also recruiting a Project Administrator (maternity cover) to work alongside the Organisational Support Team to provide a high standard of administrative support, and to contribute to raising the profile of shmu and celebrating our work by supporting the external communication elements of the organisation. This is a 12-month fixed term post.
