shmu AGM 2021

Our 2021 AGM will take place on Thursday the 9th of December from 7-8pm, providing the opportunity to celebrate the work of the organisation and our fantastic volunteers and service users.

Unfortunately, the ongoing Covid-19 risk prevents us from holding the AGM and celebration in-person at Station House, but we hope that you will still be able to join us virtually.

The event will include:

• Presentations from the Chair of the shmu Board of Trustees and the Chief Executive.

• The audited accounts will be presented, and members will be asked to vote on the auditors.

• shmu Trustees, who have served for two years, will stand down and be eligible for re-election.

This AGM also resolves (subject to the consent of the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator) to amend the Articles of Association as proposed by the Board at the meeting. The suggested amendments are available for review in the document linked below.
