Towards a Creative Future interview on shmuFM

shmuFM's Youth Radio Project (YRP) hosted four arts workers from across the pond on their Tuesday afternoon show.

Scott and Conor usually present the Music Madness show between 4 and 5pm but this week they interviewed Richard Graber, Sally Han, Rolf Noras and Patti Pon. 

Our guests are visiting Scotland to attend the Towards a Creative Future conference which is taking place at the Robert Gordon University.

Richard Graber is the Director of Grants, Programs and Services at the Houston Arts Alliance. This is a non-profit arts organisation which aims to enhance the quality of life and tourism in the Houston area.

Sally Han is the senior cultural affairs officer at the City of Toronto. She manages the city funding programmes for arts and culture and strategic projects.

Rolf Noras is the Director of Cultural Affairs at Stavanger Kommune. He is responsible for leading the authority's cultural policy development and overseeing the management of a rage of support programmes for arts and culture in the city.

Patti Pon is the president and CEO of Calgary Arts Development which is the city's designated arts development authority. They are a central hub that learns about, promote,s connects, advocates for and leads strategic initiatives in the arts to animate Calgary as a vibrant cultural centre.
