57 North Presents: Broadsea

Local alt-rockers Broadsea on shmuFM

This week on 57° North Presents, we're excited to feature local alt-rockers Broadsea! Tune in to the show on shmuFM from 8-10pm to hear three of their tracks, an interview with members of the band, and surely much more - including local music news.

Broadsea is a four-piece alternative post-rock band from Aberdeen, Scotland. Their music is massive and atmospheric, with a heavy side. Strongly influenced and for fans of Biffy Clyro, Deftones and Oceansize - to name a few!

Broadsea went live in July last year - ideas were being finalised for the band to breakout into the music scene with a hefty bang.

Broadsea will release their debut single and video on February the 14th. Following this will be the release of their 4 track EP in April this year followed with a Scottish tour.

So if you'd like to hear more Broadsea on shmuFM, remember that you can request their tracks on any live show by getting in touch with the studio! You can also catch them on their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Also, don't worry if you miss the show - you can listen again until the 21st of May, or tune in the old-fashioned way from midnight to 2am on Friday night for the repeat.
