Band of the Week: The Capollos
Local indie rockers The Capollos are featured this week on shmuFM as our Band of the Week - you can hear them live on the Band Of The Week Show on Monday the 28th of September from 8-10pm, where you'll hear their latest tracks, and some acoustic tunes live - as well as getting to know the band and what they're up to.
The Capollos is an Aberdeen-based four-piece band, who formed in early 2014. Despite the band only starting to gig in November last year, The Capollos have managed to create a bit of a hype about them and now have an established local following performing their own songs and covers of the artists who they are influenced by, including Oasis, Miles Kane, and Arctic Monkeys.
The Capollos have played numerous music venues in Aberdeen with some recent stand out performances at the March of the Mods gathering and playing at the AECC for Elton Johns VIP dinner guests.
