Last few places on Youth Music Project

After nearly a year, our shmuSOUND Youth Music Project is nearing completion, meaning there are only a few places left for those wishing to get involved.
This ground-breaking project offers free music workshops, tuition and recording studio time to those aged 14-25 and from the areas of Cummings Park, Middlefield, Northfield, Seaton, Tillydrone, Torry and Woodside.
It is open to musicians from any genre - solo acts or groups - and our team of expert tutors develop a programme to help you get the most from your time on the project. Workshops are designed to suit each person involved and can include instrumentation, songwriting and vocal coaching, while we also offer help on promoting your music online, getting media coverage and how to book gigs.
Best of all, once we've done some workshops, we offer free recording time in our state-of-the-art studio, with one of Scotland's top sound engineers.
Places are now extremely limited, so anyone wanting to take advantage of this great free project and launch a music career should get in touch as soon as possible. It's great fun and we'll give you all the expert help you need.
You can do this by calling 01224 515013 and asking to speak to Stevie, or by emailing sound@shmu.org.uk
