Creative Writing Workshop

Members of shmu's youth journalism team attended a creative writing workshop at the Central Library on Wednesday the 11th of February.

Laura Lam, originally from San Francisco, now lives in Scotland and has two books published and more in the pipeline over the next few years.

The first magazine of 2015 has been sent to the printers. 

The spring edition of the Tilly Tattle has been sent away to the printers so we are expecting it back next week. Look out for the magazine in the next few weeks being dropped through your door and out and about in community facilities.

Saltire Summit Award for Youth Media Member

A member of shmu’s Youth Media Team has been awarded the Saltire Summit Award.

Robert McDonald joined shmu through the Youth TV Project back in October 2012 and has been volunteering ever since through the Youth Radio Project, a stint as our Tilly Talks presenter and now regularly covers Breakfast and Cruise Control shows when needed.
